All my flowers are handmade to order especially for you. Orders are made in the order they were placed.
Please, make sure you order your flowers in plenty of time before the wedding. Take into account my processing time and delivery time too, then add a month or two on top of it, just in case.

Photos of ready flowers are sent only in custom orders.

Photo in every listing is a showcase of my work, unavailable or discontinued flowers will be replaced with similar ones to keep the style and colour palette of your bouquet and accessories. If you like any particular flower and would like to include it in your bouquet, feel free to contact me regarding the availability prior purchasing.

Before your custom flowers are shipped, you receive photos to confirm you're happy with the design. That's also the right time to apply changes if necessary. Please note, only ONE change per bouquet.

If we agree some changes to the bouquet, please leave me a note at the checkout, in the "notes to seller box". It's absolutely necessary, if you'd like the changes to be applied.

In general, I work with two collections. My luxury collection is made out of high end silk flowers, the best you can get. These flowers look almost like real ones and it's a pleasure to keep them forever in your home. My standard collection at affordable prices is made of very good quality artificial flowers to please you.

Because all of my flowers are made to order, floral material is purchased especially for you and many hours go into every single order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
In custom order you'll receive photos of your flowers prior shipping to make sure you're fully satisfied with them.
But, if something went wrong, please let me know straight away, I'm always happy to help. Your satisfaction is my priority!

It happens on very rare occasions. But if it would, make sure you take a photo of the broken box first, and then the flowers. Refunds are only possible under this condition. It's a Royal Mail requirement to process the claim for broken item. Thank you for your understanding.
